WHO ARE YOU?

SCRIPTURE: “…for the tree is known by his fruits.’’ Mathew 12:33.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Our actions confirm our character.

Our anchor scripture reveals that our actions confirm our character. In other words, what we do and how we behave is what really shows who we are. This means that, who you are on the inside will sooner or later manifest on the outside.

It is possible for people to tell from our lives, actions and steps, our state of heart towards God. From the physical texture of the soil, a farmer can know whether it is good for cultivating a particular crop or not.

In the same manner, from the observation of our lives, people can know who we really are. Our character can be known from the way we do things; it is easy for people to know if we are dedicated to God or serving Him wholeheartedly. It is not possible for someone to love God unnoticed. It is not possible for someone to be passionate about God without being noticed.

Beloved, donate yourself to the service of God. Let people know that you are a genuine lover of God by the way you do things.

Remember this: Our actions confirm our character.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Build a strong character by meditating on the Word of God daily.
2. Shun every appearance of evil; live a positive lifestyle.

PRAYER: O LORD, help me to manifest a godly character. Give me the grace to represent You positively on earth in Jesus’ Name.

PENSAMIENTO PARA EL DIA: Nuestras acciones confirman nuestro carácter.

Nuestra escritura de referencia revela que nuestras acciones confirman nuestro carácter. En otras palabras, lo que hacemos y cómo nos comportamos es lo que realmente muestra quiénes somos. Esto significa que, quien es usted en lo interior, más temprano que tarde se manifestará en lo exterior.

Es posible que la gente dijera a partir de nuestra vida, acciones y pasos, el estado de nuestro corazón hacia Dios. Por la textura física del suelo, un agricultor puede saber si es bueno para sembrar un cultivo en particular o no.

De la misma manera, desde la observación de nuestras vidas, la gente puede saber quiénes somos en realidad. Nuestro carácter puede ser conocido por la forma en que hacemos las cosas; es fácil para la gente saber si estamos dedicados a Dios o si le servimos a Él sin reservas. No es posible que alguien ame a Dios desapercibido. No es posible que alguien sea apasionado de Dios sin ser notado.

Amado, dónese al servicio de Dios. Deje que la gente sepa que usted es un amante genuino de Dios por la manera que usted hace las cosas.
