Benetulier Lesuffleur, a French woman is in hospital after she was bitten by a crocodile while trying to get a selfie with the wild animal.
The 46-year-old lady was bitten on the thigh after falling over next to the croc, startling it.

Metro UK reports that she was visiting Kho Yai National Park in Thailand with her husband when they spotted the sunbathing crocodile in a pond.

They ignored warning signs and went off the trail to try and get the picture, national park chief Kanchit Srinoppawan told Matichon.

Pictures show her being pulled from the water’s edge with a bandage on her leg.


She is now in hospital recovering from her injuries and is expected to recover from her ordeal.
