CHIBOK;The tragedy,the tales and the truth

On the night of 14th-15th April 2014,276 female students were kidnapped from the Government secondary school in the town of chibok in Borno State.
It was reported that many of the schools in the region had been shut down,but chibok had not been attacked before and it was thought safe.
Some managed to escape within hours of their kidnap by mostly jumping off the lorries and running off into the bushes.At the end,it was reported that 219 girls had been taken away. One of the girls who did escape told BBC Hausa service that the militants had said; "You' re only coming to stop for prostitution,western education is forbidden so what are you doing in school?"

Weeks later there were also reports that most of the girls had been moved across the border to neighboring chad and other countries and forced into marriage, reports which were later ignored and unconfirmed.
For 2years,all the hype and social activities concerning the girls ceased and nothing was heard of the 219 girls and it seems like individuals and groups had just used the missing girls as a propaganda. And then in May 2016,an army backed vigilante group in the sambisa forest, a book haram stronghold close to the border of cameroon found one of the girls with a child.
Two other girls managed to escape in September 2016 and January 2017 after October 2016 had seen the first mass release of 21 girls following negotiations between the government and Boko haram and it was believed that Boko haram prisoners were freed in exchange,and then in May 2017,82 girls were also freed with the help of the ICRC.
This leaves 113 girls still missing and it is believed that many of these girls might have been killed.

Several questions continue to trail this these events;

Before the kidnap of the girls, Amnesty international said that the Nigerian Army had four hours advance warning of the kidnapping, but still failed to send reinforcements to the school. For all we know,the area was already salvaged by the activities of these terrorists,if any where around that
