This is very unfortunate. A new born baby was found in a refuse dump this morning kept by a wicked supposed mother with placental and umbilical cords all intact. The baby reportedly died before rescue came. This happened few minutes ago at Iwehrekpokpo Road in Ughelli North, Delta state.
